Second Day

By day 2, I am a warrior. I got this hugenormous bruise thanks to a combative diabetic patient with a blood glucose of 37.

Okay, so I actually just slammed it into the corner of a shelving unit while trying to close the door. But doesn't it sound cooler the first time around?

In other news, I work 60 hours this week, so it'll be pretty interesting to see what it's like going from not working at all to working super heavy hours. Yay productivity!

Okay, Sam, I'm going to read McHottie's mind...

Let me channel him now...

"OMG... That bruise is TOTALLY HAAAAWT!!!"

Seriously, watch out for those shelfing units. :)

That is a Warrior's Bruise! Q'apla! And looks a little painful. I totally empathize with your "0 to 60" transition, because I am doing almost the same thing right now.

Niiiceee........we are a bit weird here. We all compare our bruises to see who has the worse one. You get an A+ :)

Oooowwww, sure there wasn't a werewolf involved...?? 'Course, i guess it would have left fang marks...think of what a story you would have then!

Very nice Sam! By the way, that is nothing. I one time, had a blood glucose level of 22 and 27...no bull! And by the way, I told you that you will be working 60 hours this week...didn't you listen (or read) to me (what I wrote)? Hey, you will love it! Just don't get too hot...drink plenty of water and perhaps some electrolytes...later.

At least the money should be nice. You will probably save some, since you may be too tired to spend it.
